01 / Guest Capacity
Just the Two of You
The Carriage House Guest Suite accommodates a maximum of two guests, making it well suited to a solo escape or a getaway together.
02 / Reservation Policy
Booking Age
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the stay.
03 / Families
Children & Infants
The upper-level studio is not suitable for infants or young children. Children over the age of eight are permitted, within the two-guest occupancy limit.
04 / Pet Policy
A Pet-Free Suite
Pets are not permitted. This policy helps us maintain a clean, comfortable environment for guests with animal sensitivities.
05 / Fresh Coastal Air
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
06 / Peaceful Gatherings
No Parties or Events
Between Tides is intended for registered overnight guests. Parties and events are not permitted.
