Seasonal Stay Arrangements

For the 2027 summer and fall season,
the Carriage House is being offered
for weekly, two-week and monthly stays.

During the Thanksgiving through
New Year’s holiday period,
weekend and full-week stays
may also be offered.

Minimum stays, arrival and departure
dates, and any other scheduling
conditions will be confirmed
as part of the individual
reservation process.

Payment requirements, deposits,
cancellation provisions, refund

06 / THE CARRIAGE HOUSE

Property Information

The Carriage House is an approximately
690-square-foot upper-level studio
located above the garage on the
Between Tides property.

It accommodates a maximum of two
guests and includes a separate
entrance, a full bathroom,
and a kitchenette with a refrigerator,
microwave and cooktop.

The accommodation enjoys a wooded
setting with ocean views from
the front windows. It is not
directly on the waterfront.

The Main House is a separate
building and is not included
in a Carriage House reservation
unless expressly agreed
in writing.

07 / ACCESSIBILITY

Stair Access & Suitability

The Carriage House is located
on an elevated upper level
and requires climbing stairs
to enter the guest suite.

There is no elevator or
step-free entrance to
the accommodation.

Guests who require step-free
access or who have questions
about the property’s physical
access should contact us before
making a reservation inquiry,
so that we can provide
accurate information about
the accommodation.

The Carriage House is being
